EirtaKon 2008 plus updates
Posted on October 19, 2008Eeeper’s Choice will be at EirtaKon in Dublin City University November 14-16. Come along and see us. I’ll be running (I think) the fan culture panel so come and see me make an ass of myself. Tickets are €12 for one day and €18 for the weekend. More details can be found here.
The show’s in a hiatus status at the moment. I’ve to re-record some audio before I can post the next show. After that, hey it’s plain sailing. To all who are still subscribed, thanks for sticking with us.

This time around I’m posting up the audio from the Lolita/Cosplay panel from Eirtakon in November 2007!!! Well better late than never, I suppose. On the track you will hear Amy, Holly and Sinead with CuLT running the Powerpoint presentation again. You may be able to hear me asking stupid questions but hey that’s why you all love me, right? UPDATE:In relation to Lolita clothing, Sinead pointed out that a person dressing lolita should never show off skin however this is not true. There is a genre of Lolita clothing that shows of a lot of skin and it is called Erololita. A good name for it Burlesque Lolita. See the image at the top of the post for an example.
